Paying at Adeline Wear should be simple and secure. Here is exactly how it works.

Prices and currency

All prices on this website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices include any applicable taxes.
Shipping is free, so the product total is the total you pay.
There are no hidden fees, surcharges or handling costs at checkout.

How you can pay

We accept:

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and the other major cards, processed through Shopify Payments.
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Shop Pay

Every method available to you is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Choose the one you prefer, follow the prompts, and you will be returned to a confirmation page on our website once the payment has gone through.

Your bank or card issuer may ask you to confirm the payment through their own app or a one time code. This is a standard security step and it is handled entirely by them.

Paying by card

Choose card as your payment method at checkout.
Enter your card number, expiry date and security code.
Check your billing details.
Confirm the payment. You will be returned to a confirmation page on our website.
A confirmation email is sent to you straight away.

Paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay

These are the quickest options if you already use them. Your saved card and address details are filled in for you, you approve the payment on your own device, and your card details are never shared with us. Shop Pay also remembers your details for next time and lets you follow your delivery.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the moment you place your order. If a payment is declined or does not complete, the order is not confirmed and nothing is dispatched. If money has left your account but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us and we will sort it out.

Secure payment

Every transaction on this website is encrypted with SSL and processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers on PCI compliant systems. Adeline Wear never sees or stores your full card number or your security code.

Order confirmation

You receive a confirmation email straight after a successful payment, with your order number and a summary of what you ordered. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us, because it usually lands there.

Pricing errors

We take care to keep prices and product information accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.

Problems with a payment

If anything about a charge looks wrong, please email us at info@adelinewear.com before raising a dispute with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve it faster than a chargeback process can, and we would rather fix it directly.
